As it happens, i was gonna say, the other day, i recently became the star in a CostCo customer service training video.
A few weeks ago when my arm was in plaster, I was in the MK one and I wanted to buy a glow fish.. because one of mine died. I've got fish there before, and I knew I had to find someone to help me - so I found a member of staff and asked for help. Some random Costco bird said she would have to get someone trained to handle fish, to help me. She then went on to explain you have to squirt the fish slime into the bag, put the ticket on the bag and whatever, blah. I thought, if she knew all this, why couldn't she just help me..?! So I waited for 10 minutes and then decided to find some other monkey, she weren't trained either but she said she would get someone to help me. Result. A minute later I heard the tannoy call for help in the fish department. So I waited another 15 minutes and got bored shitless.
As i say, I bought fish there before, and I knew what to do. I just had to be careful not to get my cast wet. So I opened the tank cover, got a bag and filled it with water and squirted in the anti-stress fish slime and grabbed the fish I wanted. I even plucked out two dead fish and... recorded them in a notepad by the side. Then I used the filter air hose to fill the bag with air and tied it shut, stuck the label on the bag for the tills, then wiped down the counter, and went on my merry way.
Now when I went there last week i needed to stop at customer service, and some geezer i know was working there. C=nt had this little smirk on his face and he asked me if I was going to be getting any fish today..? When I asked why, he told me that security had saved the video of me helping myself at the fish tanks, and that management had made everyone watch the video - as an example of a customer service failure... I should've been paid for that shit, man.

I thought this was going somewhere very different when I got to

''you have to squ*rt the fish slime into the bag''

Milton Keynes has developed it's own slang culture or I've been out of the loop for quite some time. * +

It's nowhere near that entertaining. Just some drivel to make a long post. I don't even go to Costco these days. * +
