@3mel. Manchester Utd's Serbian footballer Nemanja Matic explains his reasons why he won't wear a poppy. He doesn't object to others wearing them and respects their reasons for doing so but I can respect his reasons for not wanting to wear one himself.

I'm not sure even he'd say it offended him, also not sure as to whether he's saying it was the same military that bombed my family without being explicit about it.
