Very often, in Britain at least people park half on and half off the pavement. Personally I think this should be illegal ( i think it is in some parts of London)
It makes life very difficult for people pushing peaks,the elderly,those in wheelchairs,the blind etc.

Joking aside though isn't it illegal to drive on the pavement? Then those motorists should be fined as they have to drive on it to park their cars. * +

Doesn't it come under common sense? If so, Labour already banned it. But still, parking just gets worse. Probably something to do with the motorist's human rights.

New housing around here, particularly in the '00s, really put the squeeze on parking. Stupid move. Now it's a choice between leaving space for pushchairs or fire engines. Just, never both. * +

the orthodox jews dont park cars they just abandon them, where ever they want. They are the absolute worse drivers ever My bus garage is in an orthodox jewish area, the amount of times iv left work only to find 2 or 3 cars double or even treble parked right next to my car and blocking me in, is unbelievable. If it was up to me they wouldnt be allowed licences * +

Maybe a national day of action is needed? Scratch a car with you're keys day. For all annoyingly or illegally parked vehicles. * +
