Its very rare for someone to be on one here unless its retail work or agency work and people choose to be on them so they can have flexi hours. * +

Im on a 40 hour week contract but i cant remember the last time i actaully worked less than 50 * +

When i was on the agency there was no guarantee of work, that was effectively zero hours.

I worked 7x12hr shifts a week. There was so much work I could choose where I worked and what hours. I was loaded.

Admittedly this was in the 1990s before the industry was flooded with half of eastern Europe, and restrictions on working hours. * +
