The brat got the train to Birmingham on her own today, as she jumped on at the last second, when I couldn't get the bike on.
She's 7 years old.

I was still unphased. Simply told a member of staff, who organised she be held at Northampton. Then got a train there to pick her up. Now we're sharing a slightly awkward chicken and mushroom slice.

There's no good in panicking. It gets you nowhere but in a more clumsy, more clouded and generally worse situation.

If there's any time to panic then this is it. You're not human if you didn't sh*t yourself a bit * +

Perhaps i'm not. I saw her as being safe and contained in a secure room, with radio contact, and with someone who could hold her in a safe place until I got there.

The only thing that concerned me about it was that we had cocked-up, she got on a vehicle without my permission, and it could've been something else go wrong.

The annoying thing about it was that the train was still stationary when I realised she was shut in, and despite placing my hands on the side of the carriage, the conductor still gave the signal for the train to leave. Imo he fkd up too. * +
