At least 19 dead after a gun and bomb attack at a college in Russian occupied Crimea. Russian media has been reporting that the attack was carried out by a single suspect, an 18yr old student at the college, who then turned his gun on himself but eyewitnesses at the scene have reported that there were at least 2 attackers.
