Yes, I have. They can be eaten cooked or raw, just wilt them down exactly like you would spinach or any other type of leafy greens. They're quite often included in those bags of mixed salad leaves you can get at supermarkets(usually in the more expensive 'gourmet' variety salad bags, despite the fact they're actually one of least expensive, as they are basically a by-product of growing beets) * +
