Sorry to disappoint you, this IS NOT about any comdoms. Its about comic sh*t. Essentially a huge comic convention.

Do any of you guys actually go? It started today here in NYC til the 7th. I saw that it passed already in May for London, and July for San Diego and it takes place in total of 21 cities in the US.

I cant muster up the interest to go. Meanwhile Geo goes every year for at least two days. Calls outta work and all that. I cant wrap my head around it. Lol, but ppl like what the like.

I have other friends, both males and females who take 2-3 days off work or get the whole 4 day pass for this very experience. Even fly to other cities for it.

Any other comic heads, geek heads here? Show yourselves. * +

Hes already kinda ill, plus my immunize system is 100x his. I havent been ill in over 2 years. No so much as the flu. I think I got a cold last winter. That was it. * +

But I do get a free tee shirt or some other weird comic paraphernalia that is really his, but he knows I dont really have interest in or want it so it defaults to him. Pfft. * +

Its a few days, but you can get single passes for the days you choose or the whole event pass. * +

I wouldn't mind going to meet some of the stars of my favorite TV shows, doubt there would be many in London though.
It's not just about comics, they have panels where they chat about shows like Walking Dead and Game of Thrones and get to meet them.
Also stars from films go and you see trailers or behind the scenes stuff. * +
