Nearly dying comes in many forms. Sometimes you don't even know you were a second from death. A few incidences spring to mind.

One was crossing a street in Spain. Not so much forgetting they drive on the other side, but not applying it to a junction - it was only by chance that a fast-moving Mercedes brushed me as I stepped off the kerb.

Car crash - I've been in a few, and had no injuries, until the last one. There I was the driver and suffered horribly - 13 broken bones, one of them went through a lung.. I was taken straight to theatre and had a bad night.

Do any of these count? Who knows. * +

Not sure. If it means near misses then yes a few. I've never been seriously ill and nearly died though. * +

last one i can clearly remember was when my appendix exploded, i went to the hospital and after a few tests and stuff, that lasted about 7 hours they said nah theres fk all wrong with you, so im on my way out the door when i collapsed, next thing i know im laying on the operating table. * +
