I agree, both should be treated as equal and both be told they can achieve in life
But we must also except certain realities, should we tell womens tennis players they can compete with the men when in reality they'd struggle? I dont think that's productive.
But i like the current approach were they except men and woman are different but both forms of the game are equally appreciated for their skill sets and are rewarded equally in the big tournaments * +

Women are naturally more susceptible to crying. I haven't cried since i was a teenager, purely because it doesn't come naturally. It's not taught, it's a genuine difference between men and women. Maybe it's hormones, whatever, it's real, it's a difference. I was never told not to cry. * +

This i agree with, and my daughter had white babygrows and green bouncer/walker etc because we didn't want to plant her in cliche feminism - only to find as a toddler and young child that she would always go for the pretty/pink/sparkly/girly stuff given the choice. * +

I worked with many male receptionist. In mostly muslim countires, only men are working in hotels etc. :) but i love male receptionist. Love working with them *
