Ughh, todays dragging man. I dont even want to be at work today, but like a responsible grown up, I pulled my as s outta bed today. Definitely contemplated shooting an email to say I would not be in, but quickly withdrew that thought when I thought about how meager my vacation days stash is.

On another note, as of today Ill be supervising some girl that thinks I dont like her. Lol. Truth be told I have nothing against the girl, I just think she is a chatterbox and anyone who talks that much is bound to make up sh*t or just fu*k up sh*t. So I stay clear of that sh*t.

And now she answers to me, gets directions from me and get disciplined by me- if she fu*ks up. Im all fun and games outside of work, but Im kinda rigid at work, so now shes gonna swear I dont like her. Lol. Shell be alright if she does what shes told and shut the fu*k up sometimes though.

Does anyone have any coworkers that they dont like/ they dont like you and you know it?

It's strictly professional, if she's a functioning adult with adequate skills in workplace, she won't take your attitude personally. She shouldn't as its almost never personal. There's no colleague I like or dislike, it's strictly a matter of how productive we are as a team together during working hours. * +

I dont have an attitude per se, I dont have anything to really say to the girl, we are not the same age and not the same job title. Almost nothing to really converse about unless he needs help and direction from me. Which I give freely cause I know my sh*t. Lol.

But you know girls always think someone doesnt like them. I think it was more of the - Im not that warm factor- because I get in and go to my office and speak to no one. Ok maybe Im a bit of a bi**h, but I dont dislike anyone unless they cross me, which she hasnt yet, so she still in good faith.

Im pretty sure there's more that dont like me then do but im ok with that. As a senior project manager its all about getting er done.. if i bruise a few egos along the way so be it. * +

One of the greatest insights I learned from working in various establishments is to toss that ego out of the door when you step in to a workplace.. Learn to take a scolding from your superior when you are wrong, especially when it helps you grow. It takes you place beyond imaginable. Lol. * +
