Saw an info graphic a few days ago and I don't know if it's telling the truth or not. It said and showed that our Sun is hurtling through space and the planets are whizzing around it. I think most of us assume the sun is just in one place all the time? (Yes I know the Milky way is moving) * +

all the stars we see and use as navigation are also hurtling thru space but remain in relatively fixed orbits around our galactic central point * +
