An ex decided to start her ram's head evacuation while we were having some sex. When it finished, she was on top, so she dismounted, both of us blissfully unaware of the horrors that were about to unfold. As she started to get up off me, a big blob of her innards, mixed with my own contribution, fell out of her and landed in my belly button with a loud splat. She lived in a shared house, so I then had to navigate my way to the bathroom without being seen, while carrying The Thing in my navel. I made it to the shower and started trying to get clean. I hosed my stomach down and it slid out - I'm sure I heard it scream as it fell towards the shower floor - so I carried on washing myself. As I turned off the shower and the soap cleared from around the drain, I saw it. It hadn't gone down the hole. I had to turn the shower back on and poke that thing with my big toe until it finally disappeared.
I did not see her again.
