Louie Makepeace, a dwarf who stands 3ft 10 tall has been refused a place at Worcestershire college on a catering course. He claims he was told he would be a health and safety risk and would get under people's feet. * +

Mr Makepeace says his confidence has shrunk..ffs..he was told doing the course would be a waste of time as no commercial kitchen would ever employ him anyway.
However the college did accommodate another dwarf a while ago..getting contractors in to lower the hobs etc. * +
