I just passed the manager at work and said 'morning' to him, however he said 'morning' to me at exactly the same time only much louder.... I'm now unsure if he heard my 'morning' and thinks I'm ignorant or deaf or just a bit of a hole..... What should I do? * +

I'm sure he saw your lips moving as you exchanged pleasantries, unless he's blind or wasn't looking at you for some reason. Didn't you do the nod of recognition thing? I wouldn't worry about it.
