a true friend can earn that status in one evening and never be seen again. for example if you were surrounded by 20 guys who wanted to beat you up and Billy from work was passing by. you nod to Billy in the corridor but you don't really talk that much. well today Billy stands with when he could have gone on his way and he fights for you.
