I never ever spray anything under my arms.. it burns like a bi**h.. I do spray deo all over my body and clothes tho... I use Nivea Black and White roll on under my arms * +

I don't buy anti persp deod tho because it usually leaves white marks ... I just use Yardley or Revlon perfumed body sprays * +

I use a water-based roll on, it claims to work 48hrs and was good for crashing on mate's sofas so i stuck with it. What I tend to do, especially lately, is roll tons on my pits, then wipe it all over my torso with wet hands from the tap. Obviously my pits get most, the rest is a token gesture. On long sweaty shifts I boost it with alcohol foam. * +
