Okay, so this lady is my reporting manager. She is starting to get on my nerves lately. She's SO demanding.

I've been doing my new job since April. Sometimes I work outside of my office hours (10-6) and leave at 7 or 8. Sometimes I don't even get up to pee or have a drink because I have no time to do it. I don't even check Grindr.

Today, this b*tch made a shady remark which was along the lines of ''you're not doing anything, you should throw yourself into the job more''

I absolutely work my b*tt off. Sometimes I do her portion of the work as well because she transfers her tasks to me/other colleagues. One time I literally got left alone at work working on one thing that this lady transferred to me trying to figure it out. She hardly does anything, yet she is given so many privileges and great hours. Very manipulative.

I can't really rat her out to my boss because she's been a part of this company since many years (7+) and I don't want to openly argue with her or offend her. I like to work in a pleasant environment.

HOW DO I HANDLE THIS SITUATION? Can my fellow office workers please help me here? * +

You could have a one to one meeting with her and tell her that you didnt appreciate the comment. Also let her understand your working style and and let her possibly give a deadline that you can work towards without having to be in yiur face about it or something.

I think definitely having a meeting with Just both of you could ease some tension. Then go up the ladder if you feel necessary if nothing changes. * +

Take a chill pill. Relax. You don't need validation for the effort you put into your job from anyone else. You just do you, screw what she thinks. And oh yeah, chill out. Leave your work at work, and come back with an empty slate. Hard to see through, but if you have got bigger sh*t to do in life than just being suckered up in work, you won't make a big deal out of this. so use the time after and before work in a way that advances you.
