I don't really like fast food. It makes me sluggish. I prefer a home cooked meal. But a Chinese now and then is good.

Havisham's Tea Shop, Stony Stratford. Pukka custom sandwiches and rolls.
Failing that, I actually buy a lot of sandwiches and rolls from Morrisons and Asda. * +
