What's the worst place you have been stuck for a while?
We ended up in Swindon by mistake..it was closed.

I was stuck in Hard, Austria, on my own for a week. It wasn't planned. This was '01 so no Google, I knew 'danke' meant thanks so after managing to get my bank to activate my card I survived the week that way.
But I was an alien, and i felt like it. The locals did a good job of making me feel they were onto me, as the week progressed. * +

I was once explaining to my new girlfriend how I had gotten locked in my old girlfriends bathroom ..only to get locked in hers an hour later.

Nottingham, luckily my dad was working there on that day, I almost cried when I seen his van driving 90 miles an hour to rescue his princess
