I was at work and my right eyes vision went all snowy. It's was like watching a TV with a bad reception with lots of bright random colours which resulted in severely impaired eyesight.
This has not happened before. I thought I had a stroke but someone said I looked ok and was speaking ok. After about half an hour it went and my sight returned to normal. Apparently it's very rare and even doctors don't know why it happens. Have you had this happen? * +

I had something similar after a bloodtest where they took a lot. I took off too early and got blur and snow in both eyes. Normalized after about 30 minutes (that was about 16 years ago) it had trippy colors too * +

Go to a doctor. I have worked with stroke patients who only had visual impairments, no other physical ones. It affected how their brain processed what their eyes saw. * +
