I probably shouldn't give any parenting advice, but since I was a miserable kid, I'd say give her a set of pocket money that's bare minimum, she can spend that money on her wants. Anything else she needs, you provide.
I wouldn't suggest a job at 15, I rather think her academics should be the main focus, and you can increase the set amount as she grows a bit older.

I was part time at 15, in a full-time job at 16, and never looked back from there. Further education can be a waste, unless you know what you need for what you wanna do.
It's not that simple. For me it crashed - i wanted to work with cars, but when i left school we were in a massive recession and the work just wasn't there. So i had to take a job in catering instead.
My advice is, prepare to adapt, so just go out there early as possible and get on the big buckled wheel regardless of what you first do. * +
