Dishwashing, crappiest job I've ever held.
Now that I recall, working in a construction site with illegal Chinese/South Asian migrants is really crushing too, but dishwashing still takes the trophy.

Edit, you get desensitized to the smell and stench after a while in a butcher's shop. * +
