don't say you weren't warned.. it isn't a nice subject at all....

was reading abt Amazon and a child sex doll they had up for sale.

there are different opinions on this subject naturally...

some are saying that if it can save a child being abused then it is good....

others are saying it is normalising paedofilia and it won't stop children from being abused...

should this type of sex doll just be banned outright?

I don't think these dolls should ever had happened in the 1st place...

reading abt it really sickened me and I can't see any good reason in it at all. * +

Ban them, it's disgusting. * +

The question is does it prevent or promote. I'm more inclined to believe the prevent argument because no normal person is going to find these things anything but disgusting. The only people who you could 'promote' them to would be people who are already inclined towards this behaviour. * +

I doubt the question pertaining it is whether it promoted child abuse amongst people not having paedophilia, but its more in line of whether it would promote and normalize actual child abuse amongst people who are actually paedophiles.

There are many researches on sexually graphic sex media addiction, and how some individuals with such addiction seek out even more extreme form of such materials after a certain period of time, child abuse is hardly as accessible and it contains a large condemnation from society and much of law. If child sex dolls were actually legal, I'm convinced there's a chance it will promote actual abuse of children from individuals who use them to gratify their needs.

There are exceptions, and to some it's just an outlet, but I'd rather not take such a risk until there's a convincing argument why they can't use your hands instead. * +

I think they should be banned. What normal thinking person would want one? * +

kimjongl 13.04.18 - 12:25pm
That's kind of the point and the thinking behind it, to give the abnormal ones an outlet in the hope of prevention. * +

Nah, I disagree. * +
