how many times per day so you snack on crisps, choc, cake, cookies, muf*ins etc... ie on total crap...
do you snack on the above mentioned stuff regularly or just once in a blue moon? * +

trying to not atall but if have a beer my willpower isn't there anymore if im pissed and have 8 bags of crisps then i'll eat them all one after another

I snack all day, but not on shyte. Yes i was educated to connect sugary crap with reward, like everyone else, but instead of letting this evolve into misaligned self-comforting i re-educated myself to use it scientifically instead.
I snack on salad, dairy, fruit, and meat, mainly. It can be anything from a yogurt to thin slices of cold beef, fruity coleslaw or a random grilled piece of fish.
Right now it's a bit of brie, as i'm just chillin out. If i need fuel i'll bear this in mind, and i'll have smoothie and fruit bread in a bit as i'll be out on the bike this afternoon.
There's nothing but shyte at work, though. Unless the chef's in. It's an active job and 12hr shifts, and i'll use Coca Cola and chocolate to keep me going if i'm on the ropes. * +
