government needs to step up, build places, buy unused buildings etc and set it up for the homeless. .. focus energies there rather than expecting the man in the street to open his private property and face possible huge loss and expense

Look mate try to come up with an idea that will help rather than coming up with reasons not to try to help. As for a waste of spunk maybe try opening your mouth wider or just give up on the spunk competitive eating contests.

I'd rather say i don't know how to help than come out with the dangerous crap you spout. Maybe stopping drowning the country in people would be a great start ?

well it is a solution and the government can be acted against... stage marches, petitions... demand that the government does something, expect it from them... don't say nah they won't without anyone really taking a stand together and making a noise together instead of expecting the private property owner to have to do something * +

Infrastructure is a funny thing. You can't just make drastic changes to achieve drastic differences without drastic side effects. Every action has many reactions out of your control. That's why we have laws to stop people doing wtf they like, and it's why new governments come in, make a load of changes to turn everything their way, only for other segments of the country to turn to shit. *
