Now i know, i know - we all think we're great parents. Especially when we don't have kids.
But are we, really? Families bicker regularly over parenting, and that's when things are going well..

One of our greatest attributes as humans is the ability to share information and experience. Most people are happy to learn all manner of things from others, but pride usually rears it's ugly head, you dare suggest an idea to help someone parent their children...

Why? We're happy to have pet training. And as good a dad as i seem to be, and stubborn as i can be, and naturally gifted as i am, i'm always open to ideas. I quite like the idea of listening to how other parents do things. Might get some good ideas.

Anyone else thought about it? Would you? * +

I'm quite stubborn when comes to my children i dont want someome telling me what to do. I also learnt as I went along wasn't easy at all. And still isn't sometimes. I love being a mum though * +

It's sad that we need a licence to have a dog yet can spit sprogs out left right an centre.
Some folk just shouldn't be allowed to breed... * +

I actually agree with recurve ,which may surprise a few people ...I don't have kids btw ..
I see 'neglect' of children on a too regular basis , it's not about clothes and toys to me , it's about development and enriching and time
I read an old adage the other day ...we spend two years teaching kids to walk and talk and the next fourteen yrs telling them to sit down and shut up ..
It must be more difficult these days to prise them away from technology ,but I'm sure that's the right thing to do ..
