just been to session 2 with a student counsellor.spilled my guts about EVERYTHING

Never had any.

Counselling helped my sixteen year old son. It did him a world of good! So it does help in certain circumstances I suppose. Some people can't talk about their problems, and some people can't talk to their nearest Kith and kin. Some find it easier to speak to a stranger. And just speaking about Ur problem is half the problem solved, or at least its a weight off one's shoulders *
