For me it would be wooden spoons....
A good sharp knife that has a god hold.... Not as easy to find as one would imagine. ...
Good pots and pans with thick bottoms. A crap pot just doesn't cook as well for me 
My non stick pans and my griddle pan . .

Silicone Garlic peeler , if you use garlic but hate remove the papery skin get one of those , fkn brillit, if you've got a Dik you could maybe put it in it aswell to to tick off your list. * +
