I don't agree with his claim
First of all it infuriates me that a will should be contested (unless criminal acts are a mitigating factor)
They should honour her , I'm pretty sure she was proud of her successful sons ..
The claiming brother has lived a pretty hassle free life (he calls himself a self employed creative , and spends a lot of time supporting a society dedicated to the work of William Blake )
Perhaps they could pay him the going rate for a carer for the last 5 yrs and divide the rest
