Fact is you never ever really know another, even less on a medium such as this

The fact is she was mentally ill and was an avid user and fighter pro weed. Terrible combination

Fact is she kept telling them she was going to kill

Fact is they let her out a month before the murder happened.

Fact is she is responsible for her actions and knew what she was doing.

Fact is she deserves life in prison

Fact is that child would still be alive had the health officials kept her locked up and took the threats seriously

Absolutely no excuses at all.
