The serial rapist, who authorities believe carried out over 100 sex attacks and was convicted on 19 counts, is being released on parole after serving 10yrs of his sentence. Firstly, it emerged that the CPS had failed to inform some of his victims that he was being released. Now several of the other victims attacked by Warboys at the time, who reported their cases to police but were never fully investigated or taken to trial and prosecuted, are asking that the evidence in their cases is reviewed. The women say they were told that there was more than enough evidence to ensure a conviction for Warboys and that their testimonies would 'not be required/needed' to secure a lengthy custodial sentence.
Warboys, a taxi driver, preyed on vulnerable female passengers by drugging them, he allegedly targetted prostitutes/sex workers. * +

Firstly, why is he getting out early and why weren't his victims told?(apparently the law doesn't allow us to know why the parole board approved his release.)
Secondly, why weren't all the reported offences properly investigated/prosecuted at the time.
Thirdly, if the untried offences are now investigated and new prosecutions are forthcoming, should he go back to prison or will he be deemed to have served his time already? * +
