Parker 51 on burgundy

This pen has been flushed with water and now inked up with Waterman Mysterious Blue for its first writing in my hand.. It wrote very dry which indicates the tines of the nib are very tightly pressed together so I got out my jewellers screwdrivers and used the 0.1 width blade to part the tines of the nib. I did this three times until I got the pen to write how I like it. Nice and wet. * +

That's a Parker Vector I think. You can still by them new. A good soak in water should bring it back to life tea.gif * +
