Based on the clip, i'd say the cop is in the wrong job.

I mean, the guy who got shot was a bit of a mong, he made a lot of mistakes, he fell at almost every hurdle. But hey, he was trying. He was scared. He was confused. He was not a threat.

The cop was the bad guy here. He was very confusing, and totally unprofessional. When cops in the US act like this it's no wonder people are getting taken out so much.

Like the guy in the studio said, just put the cuffs on when you can. The victim had his hands in the air with his legs crossed, the cop was not alone, they could've taken him in perfectly safely.

They chose to kill him. * +
