If you done some minor crime like litter dropping, not wearing a seatbelt or not wearing a motorbike helmet and got stopped by the police and the cop gave u an ultimatum of getting a fine or arrested for the offence or being able to sing the national anthem there and then at the top of your voice how would u feel about this? They'd have to learn it then. Drill it into kids at school by making them sing it daily like they do in America. * +
