Nasty photos that ugh. Good thing it's not real. I don't mind people taking cosmetic surgery. It's afterall THEIR money and their body. Really not my business, I have enough stuff of my own to cope with. Doctors really must take more responsibility though when advising such people.

I won't let it be done on myself though. Too scare of syringes and pain. But if ever was possible WITHOUT syringes etc I would have loved dimples. I always zoom into people with dimples. That is just soooo cute! *
