For me it was just theese so considerate dog walking people's whom quite rightly so clean up after scoobieDoooooooooooo has haf a sh*te !.

Well done but my gripe is with the considerate one's whom cleaning up it but then just drop the surprise on yhe pavement or even worse throw ot up into the trees , bushes etc!

Those latter ones need double the fine of the caught not.cleaning you're dogshiiiit award whatever it currently is.
