Weird saga gripping our parliament recently, it turns out that a number of politicians were dual citizens.. The problem being Section 44 bars them from running for office

The conservative government, a coalition of the Liberal and National parties, has lost it's one-seat lower house majority and it's deputy leader, despite the assurances of Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull that Joyce would be spared by the court. The former deputy prime minister is known internationally as the man who once threatened to kill Johnny Depp's dog over having skipped customs..

Barnaby is Tamworth born with kiwi citizenship by descent.
