About an hour ago when a taxi cut me up I called him a vvankr and he slammed on got out and started shouting abuse at me so I got out my cab and he saw the size of me jumped back into his cab and drove off pretty quickly * +

Someone pushes in front of me I tap them on the shoulder and say excuse me, I was before you. If the ignore me I reach over and pack my things on the counter first and say he pushed in .. so they have to help me or call the manager. I won't go ape s**t tho, no need. You get listened to and respected more by being firm but polite ... You don't to be either bombastic or a push over * +
