Totally agree I was brought up with a skelp now and then if I needed it it taught me respect manners and knowing my place.

Parents now days are afraid of their kids as are teachers cos of the regrets of social services

Sorry but my kids need a slap they will get it my daughter has attacked her mum twice and thinks she can get away with * +

One time when i was cycling, I was going on GREEN/WALK as usual and suddenly a sh*tty Datsun hit me on the side. I was fast enough to jump off the bike and didn't get hurt. The car ran over the bike causing some damage. Also my new DESERT STRIKE for Sega Mega Drive box flew away. (not far though) Story Skip: Back home i got ''the belt'' for not catching the license plate of the Datsun. If i was a weaker person i could've been traumatized by that. The next day everything was normal. The bike was fixed to what extent it was possible and i'm somewhat sure dad was glad i didn't take any actual damage. Never got around to talk it through because he died in 2006. * +
