PNAC were demanding that Saddam Hussein be removed as leader of Iraq well before 9/11 happened and eventually led to the invasion of Iraq on the false pretense of them having WMD(which as we know were never found). * +

It's the use of chemicals that effect certain genes, I think.they already have the means to deconstruct genetic coding so it would be logical to think they could make a weapon that could attack people with certain genes. * +

The thing is though how many genes do we actually share with other people, even animals share a lot of the same codes.
Imagine the human race being wiped out by genetic weapons instead of nuclear weapons, never really thought about that. * +
