Should be banned as they're barbaric and extremely cruel, targeting other animals indiscriminately (even humans) making them suffer miserably and leaving those which survive seriously maimed.

no wild bears here but foxes do Need to be controlled by similar devices , unfortunately other animals succumb to them aswell.
