I'm pretty damm sure some little s**tbag tryed to SCAM me on my mobile last night. The hsbc scam that's going around is not only aimed at hsbc customers. * +

Report it jayna, It is defo a scam. Hsbc or any other bodies would never contact anyone via text or calls to a mobile if they are genuine, they may contact by letter. Even then, no bank would not contact customers unless absolutely necessary, if it helps, visit local hsbc branch and ask if they know anything about it. I am still being told that i am owed 7 thousand PPI claim for an accident jhat i have not had. * +

Im pretty damm sure they got at me through my ex direct landline number. Reported it to trading standards today. Shown them the message and they said if I'm not a hsbc customer to just delete it. I did ask is it safe to delete it as some deletions don't work. And they said yes it's safe. And if I get any other spam messages to contact them. * +

i had an email from paypal asking to confirm my bank card no. and pin no. paypal wouldn't ask this * +

This is just one way these wretches can get onto you, also if at any time that you may have made the same mistake that i have made a few times, by completing questionnaires or surveys, you need to read small print which should be shown in large print, tick this box if you do not wish to hear from other companies, words to that effect, tick box, otherwise they will give your details to all and sundry, then the cnts will never leave you alone. And never supply them with your number either, i * +
