No worries...i think many have fell foul to that law when they shouldn't have because they had mental health issues which should have been addressed first. Think big difference between a nutter killing then somebody kicking out at his dad because of depression etc.. that was part why the law was changed. The so called experts was going on waffle thin decisions *
