I think i may have gotten away with it.
Whilst in the city i foolishly dropped a cigarette end. As I was walking away two council uniformed litter enforcers stopped me and issued me with an 80 pound fine. * +

They stopped me and asked for ID,I said I had non. Okay..Name,age and address..I made up a false name,age of birth and address...as you do..14 days to pay or a letter gets sent to the address I gave. So that's me who won't be paying any fine! * +
