I remember a case of a young child dropping a little bit if a sausage roll,council fined the parents 80 pounds..the parents were unaware she had dropped it. Jobsworths. * +

Another case was of a man who attempted to put some orange peel in the bin,he missed..but immediately picked it up and re binned it. He was fined for littering. I think he refused and went to court ..won his case. * +
