I love Ham and cheese omelette add the egg then sprinkle on cheese and throw in the Ham cook till underside is brown and fold over. The residual heat will cook the rest of it * +

You don't cook the contents, they should already be cooked. Obviously you wouldn't pee-melt the cheese, but, yeah. * +
