if it were the same colour as the adoptive parents I am sure it would be deemed normal. I don't now why exactly but it would raise my eyebrows a bit if they requested one that was a different colour to them explicitly. * +

Im sure the child of a dif race wud b less affected by having a dif skin colour to his/hers parents than possibly bein brought up in care without a lovin family , 1 of my ex bfs frm when i was younger was in n out of foster homes n im pretty certain he wud of chosen adoptive parents of a dif race than growin up like that *
