Well the simple fact is the cladding isn't fire retardant - it's fuel. This tower would flare up in a fire like Grenfell. There are other safety concerns too, seems the bad practices have been going on for a while...

So they really have no choice but to evacuate these buildings and pull the crap off the outside of them.

This is Camden council. How many other councils are caught up in this? It's a shambles. It was always gonna be exposed by one going up in flames. Just unlucky for the residents of Grenfell that it was their one...

This cheap dress-up has probably been done all over London. Perhaps even nationwide. * +
