I would agree. If he was drunk and had no intention of hitting them it would be a criminal action. If he intended to hit them in order to rob them then it would also be criminal. If he intended to hit them simply for the sake of hitting them (which seems is what happened) then it's terrorism.

By not also labelling terrorists as criminals are you not inadvertently giving credence to their cause ...whatever that cause may be ...it's how we doubt with Irish terrorism by never calling them anything but criminals...no matter how many people went on hunger strike and even died on those hunger strikes they were criminals not political prisoners *
